Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), has released a Notification on its official website for the recruitment of Technician posts. This recruitment is being conducted for 6557 vacancies. The RRB application process has started on 30 June 2026, and candidates can apply until 29 July 2026. The minimum age limit is 18 years, while the maximum age limit is 30-33 years as on 01 July 2026. Eligibility Criteria
Post Education Qualification
Technician Gr-I Signal Candidate must have completed BE/B.Tech,OR Diploma in Engineering, OR B.Sc. Physics/CS/Electronics/IT.
Technician Gr-III Candidates must have passed Class 10th with an ITI certificate in the relevant trade or Class 12th with PCM subjects.
Age Criteria
  • Minimum Age : 18 Years
  • Maximum Age : 30 Years (Technician Gr-III)
  • Maximum Age : 33 Years (Technician Gr-I Signal)
  • Railway provides age relaxation for the RRB Technician position as per their regulations.
