Parivartan ECSS Programme 2026-27
Parivartan ECSS Programme 2026-27 is a scholarship initiative by HDFC Bank under its CSR programme, Parivartan, aimed at supporting meritorious students who face financial difficulties in continuing their education. The programme is open to students from Classes 1 to 12, as well as those pursuing Diploma, ITI, Polytechnic, UG, and PG courses, including both general and professional programmes. Eligible students can receive financial assistance of up to INR 75,000. Preference is given to students who have experienced a personal or family crisis that may affect their education.
Through Parivartan, HDFC Bank focuses on areas such as education, rural development, skill development, livelihood enhancement, healthcare, hygiene, and financial literacy. The ECSS initiative extends this support directly to students, helping them overcome financial and personal challenges and continue their academic journey without interruption.
Eligibility Criteria
- Student must be currently enrolled in Classes 1 to 12, or pursuing a diploma, ITI, polytechnic or graduation course at a private, government, or government-aided institution in India.
- Minimum of 55% marks in the most recent qualifying examination is required.
- Annual family income from all sources must not exceed INR 2.5 lakh.
- Open to Indian nationals only.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have experienced a personal or family crisis in the past three years that has significantly impaired their ability to bear the cost of education and placed them at risk of dropping out.
Benefits
- For Classes 1 to 6: INR 15,000
- For Classes 7 to 12, Diploma, ITI, and Polytechnic: INR 18,000

- Recent passport-size photograph
- Previous year marksheet (2025-26)
- Government-issued identity proof of the applicant
- Current year admission proof for 2026-27 (Fee Receipt, Admission Letter, Institution ID Card, or Bonafide Certificate)
- Bank account details (copy of passbook or cancelled cheque in the applicant`s or parent`s name)
- Income proof, any one of the following:
- Income Certificate issued by Gram Panchayat, Ward Counsellor, or Sarpanch
- Income Certificate issued by SDM, DM, CO, or Tehsildar
- Affidavit
